Welcome to Friends for Five Seconds passenger engagement training, presented by Security Screening IQ. In this sample module, you will practice one important skill: asking the prohibited-item question clearly and responding appropriately. Across three short lessons, you will learn to choose the right moment, use a respectful and specific reminder, and respond when a passenger says yes, no, or I am not sure. You will make decisions in realistic checkpoint scenarios, then complete a five-question knowledge check. Four correct answers complete the sample, and you can review and retry. Five seconds describes a brief connection, not a time limit on listening. This demonstration supports officer judgment and existing procedures. It is not official TSA instruction. Select Start Module when you are ready.

The question that creates a pause
